Pf case 7a

Please advise me how to deal with 7A case for infrastructure Company. Liability may arrise in Crores for Principle Employer as Labour Suppliers & Sub contractors are not Paying PF for their labour as their Nature is Migrant & not permanant. How to tackle with PF Enforcement officer to reduce PF liabilty & get rid off 7 A with minimum Liability

You have not stated what is your stake in the case. are you contractor or principal employer or employee.

Liability in carores cannot arise in a day.
