Whether notarised gpa done in pune will work in tumkur

sir
my mother agd 80 is staying with me in pune .she has a plot in her name in tumkur karnataka. she wants to go GPA in my three sisters name for taking care of the same and dealing with various authorities.
whether Gpa notarised in pune will suffice for this if yes on what value of stamp paper or it has to be regd .if regd whether all my sisters have to be in pune for registering the Gpa .
if this is not possible whether Gpa can be done in bangalore or it has to be done in tumkur itself.

Your mother may execute a GPA at Pune in favour of your sister/sisters and get it be registered in registrar office, Pune. the GPA is for other purposes i.e. not for sale or transfer of property, then it costs very less amount. consult in local registrar office or a senior counsel.

thanks for the reply .part of the bldg is being aquired by the tumkur urban development authority and the compensation to be collected by my sister.for this
1) we want my mother to give Gpa (notarised or regd to be adviced by you)in the name of my sisters( can it be two persons)
can it be simple specific power of attorney to handle thsi one transaction.
sorry for not sharing full details in the beginning.

The GPA can be in the name of one person or two persons.
it has to be registered.
your sisters need not be present when the GPA is issued in their favour. but their ID Cards should be submitted at the time of registration. it can be a simple POA specific to this one transaction.
