As a Owner Only your self would be responsible for everything.You could make an agreement/undertaking from them that your car would be used by them for a particular Period and they would be Responsible for repairs and maintenance and in case of accidents also.You would be Legally Safe if that agreement/undertaking is Registered. Better consult a Local good advocate.

You Could mention in that agreement/undertaking that Vehicle is not given with commercial intention and only as a help.

You could use the word as" Religious Service" Instead what you had mentioned.If it is for any Charitable Or Social Or Voluntary services you could mention the same " Godly " I do not think it has any Legal Meaning.
