i am muslim and i wanna convert my religion in hindu and i wanna also change my name. so what's the procedure..

Any One who wants to Convert to Hindu Religion Could approach the Arya Samaj Temple situated near by to them and comply the formalities of signing an affidavit stating the conversion is on their Free Will with two witnesses and address and Identity Proofs.Arya samaj would issue an certificate.Contact near by Arya Samaj.
