My lawyer bombarded me when I asked him to show me the affidavit he is going to file in the court defending my civil case. What should I do.

First, send a SMS or an e-mail to your advocate asking him "not to file affidavit into court, until your further written instructions. Then change your lawyer.

Any Affidavit in your Case can not be Filed with out your Signature unless and Until it has any Legal Valid grounds for it.Follow the Advise of Expert/Advocate Mr.Balasubramanyam.

Get another lawyer, get NOC from current lawyer and change the lawyer. If you don't want your lawyer to file the said affidavit in the court, then convey such message to him in writing.
