I filled complaint now the complainant has got agreed to make payment but magistrate is asking for legal aid amount of 10%. from accused and accused does not wish to make that payment and consequently he is not wishing to mak my cheque payment . kindly advice me. Thanks very much sir.

A query from an Advocate.When the Matter is already in the Court and Court would take care.If he fails to obey the Court Order Could will not simply Watch It.

What do you mean by 'the complainant has got agreed to make payment'? Why the complainant should make payment?

Let the sense may prevail upon accused to make payment of cheque amount to complainant and 10% of the amount to LSA, if the Court has agreed/directed so.
