guy denied for marriage

Respected sir ....one case is here ... Of mine.

i want to know how many chances are there of a girl to win these case and what decision could come....

These guy and girl were in relationship since dec2014 and while starting of relationship that guy has promised for marriage.. He gave several dates but made excuses to postponed till now... And now he is deniying fully... In between nov 2015 girl got pregnant and guy give her medicine by saying that it will remove stomach ache and give her termination pills ... When girl got to know about these she took poison boy took her to the hospital saved her and convence her to not do such reckless thing again he will marry her and give her back what he took ... And after few days she got cast out from her home due to disturbance in her day and night activity.... From dec 2015 to till now girl is outside and living on rent the guy and girl was in physical contact till april 2017 ...and in between jan 2016 guy married her at home she does have recording msgs and pictures ... What are the chances of girl to win the case and legallise the marriage or the relationship they spent from 2 years ... What act and sections can be applied ... As boy now abused her physically too... from the day she took poison till now and now she is unable to do work after abortion she is in depression till now boy has took all prescription and other papers he also said and promised the girl that he applied on court for marriage.. But he didn't ... Now he is fully denying... The pictures which are there are in norm al clothes as the marriage happend like he normally put sindur and mangalsutra at home.. Please reply

But basing on your Query being the Innocent Girl is cheated ask her to meet the " Women's Legal Aid Forums " available in all the Courts and they would take care of her Issue and they would Guide and Handle it Perfectly

What are charges applicable .... And as you know girl is not working how can she seek for justice without pay..
