Payment of fine in the court - reg.

(Querist) 03 June 2017 This query is : Resolved
Sir, due to restrictions in cash withdrawal from banks by the policy of the Central Government, how does the fine, if any ordered by the court to be paid. Whether, cheque payment is permissible before the court for fine, if any imposed by them.

Thanks in anticipation.

Vague premature question!

Moreover, that issue has to be decided by the court, if and when the penalty is awarded, BUT NOT any of the experts here.

You may ask the court/your own lawyer when fine is announced.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 03 June 2017
Generally court does not accept cheque. However you can prey the court.
