Filing of matters

I thought matters can be filed in IDELHI HIGH COURT on second saturdays sundays and holidays. because i want to file a matter on saturday. Any experts would throw light.

There was a mistake in my message, "cannot " was written as :
"can" and my be execused.

High Courts are not working on Saturday.

For filing any "Urgent" case on non-working days you will have to seek permission from Chief Justice or duty Judge.
