my query regarding adoption deed for the purpose of community trust. my question is that possible major can be adopted for only enter in community trust and how we can cancel his adoption deed forever

A person who has already attained majority can not be adopted unless there is clear existence and practice of such customary adoption in any particular community.

thank your for reply but i didnt get u can uexplain me briefly
i just share that i m related in one community trust one of the trust member made adoption deed and came in our trust he is major and also he use his old identity insted of adoption deed identity so its right? if we fight with him legally he can take stay?

No after the adoption the person who is adopted looses all his past identities and is to be treated as no one from his original lineage.
