Please Urgent, Quarrel in a public street regarding Tap Water

"A" "B" "C" "D" all are neighbours and females, above all are went to Public Tap for water for their use. "A" hited by "B" "C" "D" at public tap then "A" gave complaint in a police station against "B" "C" "D".
But police registered a case against all including "A" under section 160 of Indian Penal Code.
Fine imposed by court Rs.100/- per accused "B" "C" "D" admitted in court and paid fine. but "A" did not admitted in court. "A" contesting case in a court. now case stage is in Trail.
Still "B" "C" "D" are harrassing as no one can punish us by any body to "A" at public tap.
my querries are:
1. "A" wanted to file a another case in RDO
2. If "A" file a case in RDO Court, is it comes under Double Jeopardy or not
3. If "A" wanted to file a case, which section application
please give valuable suggestions Dear all experts
