SIR,
I FILED A SUIT SHOUTING DECLARATION AND PERMANENT INJUNCTION, AN INTERLOCUTORY APPLICATION SHOUTING TEMPORARY INJUNCTION AND AD-INTERIM EX-PARTE INJUNCTION. PLAINTIFF IS FATHER. DEFENDANTS ARE SON AND DAUGHTER IN LAW RESPECTIVELY. SUIT PROPERTY IS SELF ACQUIRED PROPERTY OF THE PLAINTIFF. I SUBMITTED SALE DEED IN FAVOUR OF PLAINTIFF, KISTH( CULTIVATION TAX RECEIPT), AND XEROX COPY OF THE RATION CARD OF THE PLAINTIFF. BUT MUNSIF DECLINED TO GRANT AD-INTERIM EX-PARTE-INJUNCTION IN FAVOUR OF THE PALINTIFF. NOW CROPS ARE AT HARVESTING STAGE.WHAT ARE THE OTHER ADEQUATE RELIEFS AVAILABLE FOR MY CLIENT?

File Miscellaneous Appeal under ORDER 43 CPC before the court of District Judge along with interim petition for injunction.

Why do you require ex-parte injunction. Dasti summon the defendants and then obtain the temporary injunction as sought till next order and next order means further order on this subject after hearing both the parties.

Thank you very for your advice much sir. But as now a days advocates are voluntarily dragging on the cases i was in need of ad-interim ex-parte injunction. Moro over as i feared now advocate has appeared and prayed time for filing counter and if my guessing is right definitely the defendant counsel will drag the case as much as he can. Because case is in my favour. Sir, please note that crops are in harvesting stage sir
