hello sir, my mother along with her elder sister gave GPA to their brother relating to a land got from their father. now will it be possible to cancel the GPA only by my mother? Bcoz my mothers sister and her brother are acting together and she is not willing to sign on revocation deed of GPA.
can my mother alone revoke the GPA deed or not?

your mother can cancel this power of Attorny in respect of her property, not of whole.

Your mother has got every legal right to cancel GPA on her behalf and its immediate notice is must to be sent to her brother/GPA holder. It shall also be better for your mother to get publish such cancellation in local newspaper so that he may not represent your mother in any deal.
