IN DECEMBER 2009,THE SAID AMENDMENT IN THE Cr.P.C.OF 2005 HAS BEEN NOTIFIED BY THE GOVERMENT,SO NOW SEC.324 I.P.C.HAS BECOME NON-BAILABLE W.E.F.DEC.2009.

does anyone know wher i can find this Gazette and teh Gazetter number? is this something i can purchase in law book stores. or find online? sorry its pretty urgent. i am trying to cancel teh bail granted to accused who have beaten a samll child working in their house with a heavy vessel. teh judge considerd 324 as bailable.
any help will be much appreciated.

Bailable means bail will be granted on application Non bailable bail may or may not be granted depending upon the circumstances of the case you can obtain the gazette you want by buying it or borrowing it from someone who regularly subscribes to it in my view the course open to you is to challeng the bail on several grounds according to facts and circumstances in each case in a superior court

yer, now it is non bailable w.e.f. 31 Dec.2009. i am attaching amendment.
