In civil cases appeal against eviction order is not filed to session judge, same will be filed to District or Add. District Judge. In rajasthan if eviction order is given under rajasthan rent control act, the limitation is two months and same is given in order itself. If rent control act is not applicable on your case, the limitation is thirty days.

The eviction order was passed under East Punjab Urban Rent Restriction Act, then what will be limitation period to file an appeal????????
