Divorce witness precautions ??

Sir,

Please let me know the pros and cons of becoming a witness at the time divorce of some other person in the court (front of judge ) ? In addition to that please also tell if someone needs to be witness in such situation then what precaution he/she should take ?

If you depose truly then you need no pre caution. Making deposition before the court of law is not a dangerous or risky thing to think of any precaution.
