Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 26 August 2011 This query is : Resolved
I am pursuing LL.B 3 years. I want to be a corporate lawyer? Kindly tell me what qualification I require apart from LL.B? Moreover, how can I be a good corporate lawyer and what other courses should I do side by side.

Legally there is no other course is required to do practice in Corporate law but if you want to add more in your qualification then there are various diploma which may be preferred like PGD in Insurance, BSE/NSE, Accounts, Labour Law, Business Management etc.

There is not a straight jacket reply to your question qua becoming a successful corporate lawyer. Be laburius and contactful.

You can join Company Secretary course. LLB + CS is having good value in the corporate job market.
