How to file declaration suit in court and what are the necessary documents want and which jurisdiction of the court we file.

WHEN it comes to filing of a suit our advises
can not be beneficial,as you need to engage a
lawyer and discuss the matter with him,without personal guidance it is not possible for you to file a suit.
