Sir
I am selected for Petrol Pump dealership in 2010 by Oil Company. In Jan. 2011, I applied for NOC in DC Office through Oil Company. After my efforts, good will & blessing of some good persons, I get all concerned NOC from respective departments, GOI, State Govt. On 14-10-2011, my file completed with all NOC & Final NOC to be issued by DC(DM).
But, my luck, on 31-10-2011, a fake person (No person found till now) filed a complaint against me in DC(DM) office & state that I already sold out the concerned land to someone else. I showed my LATEST Jamabandi(Revenue Records) against this and file reply in written that I have not sold out my land to anyone. DC offices make an enquiry from Tehsil office about this. But Tehsil office gives me a one month long date of 12-12-2011 to produce my land documents.
The person named Vijender (No person on address shown), file an RTI application in Fire office and get wrong information that A Brick Clin must be 300 meters from Petrol Pump. I strongly protested this with proof and DC(DM) ordered the Fire Officer to revise the RTI Reply. Fire Officer revised the RTI and submitted it in DC office.
The same person applied an RTI in Tehsil Office & asks information of my proposed Petrol Pump Land. Tehsil Office show wrong LAND MARK to show my petrol pump near to Brick clin.
Now, using both RTI (Unrevised Fire Office & Tehsildar), they file a civil MANDANTRY INJUNCTION suit against Me, DC(DM), Oil Company & Fire Office. The case is on fake & baseless evidences, but making me harass & delaying my work.
On the first hearing, The Fire Office & DM office not submit their reply to court, and ask next date. This is just to delay my projects.
What should I do against Tehsildar? He give wrong RTI reply to someone else about my proposed land of petrol pump.
How to deal with DM office, they not reply even in court?

It seems, that Vijendra managed Tehsildar, to get false Report.
Directly make allegation against Tehsildar move HC, charge him for bribery,immediately submit corrected Report, under RTI, that you will apply, and submit it to get your PP
Also say, Vijendra contacted you on Phone asking large amount, etc,

I shall confine only up to legal aspects of your case. The revised reply of Fire officer is in you interest so let it file in written statement. You should wait for the written statement of DC and FO.
So far as Tehsildar role is concerned, you should get Nishandehi of your land from Tehsildar and with the help of Patwari concerned, you get true picture of the site and this shall definitely falsify both grounds of vijender and then you file an application under section 340 to initiate FIR against such plaintiff who filed false evidence before court with meant to harm you.
