# hi i am prateek and i want to know that i have talked to a girl like friend only but we talk in night and day also now his uncle wants to take call detail and i want to ask you that can he make f i r against me

Talking to a person is no offence unless anything illegal transpired out of that talk.

So if you are so afraid of such trivialities then you better talk to male friends only.

You will face problems only if the female friend of yours make any complaint. if she has no complaint, then nothing to worry.
