Hi all respected experts I want to ask to you all about the authenticity of GPA,CASH RECIEPT,AGREEMENT TO SELL& SPA for a sale in delhi whether executing of all this above said documents transfers aq good title in buyer's favour specially in the areas where sale deed can not be executed.

A GPA is not a deed of sale but only confers
right to sale on behalf of real owner.In respect to your query my answer is in negative.
