I have got my 498a wife salary break up print out with help of my friend, who is working in the same company. In that it was mentioned mis.xxxx.
she joined this company after she filed DV Case? how valid is this Evidence in the court?
If the salary breakup print out is not valid in the court?
Can I request court to order the HR Dept of the Company to send her employement details.

Her salary proof is very muhc important to avoid her maintenance claim if her salary almost marches that of her husband.
Yes during trial you can summon her employer to give testimony in the case.

As advise By Mr Tom you can attempt RTI if she is in Govt. But most likely they may refue it like 3rd party information andyou keep on fighting till CIC. But if court summons the record of salary by ___ dated oat 10.00 am they will be there with the record.

DO SHE / U ADMIT MARRIAGE. Once admitted[ otherwise DV do not survive] Salary Slip showing Miss has no relevance.
Without Examination of Witness, Salary Slip is not Proved. So Summon the HR Dept of the Company for Evidence, if she do not admit in her Cross Exam. . If admit, no need to call Co.
