One Person Edited Photograph of my client and upload on facebook...He was in one sided love with my female client who had to get married person otherthan accused. The accused Uploaded the photographs which were edited through softwares. Marriage of my client postponed. So under what provision and which type of case can be file....?

Yes it is an offence under Sec 66 A of IT Act.
