About second marriage

hi i am muslim guy, i got married with muslim girl in 2009. now i'm in affair with hindu girl. now i wanted to get marry with her. is this possible to get marry second marriage with hindu girl without divorcing first muslim wife?? please suggest me by legal way..

it really help me...please do the needful..

if first wife give consent to second marriage is no issue, if not give consent you will punished with bigamy marriage.

your first wife should have no objection to second marriage . you should be in a position to maintain both wives .

a man can marry two, three or

four times, but not more. The subsequent lines declare that if the man

cannot deal equitably and justly with all, he shall marry only one.

A muslim can not marry a hindu girl under shelter of islam where no nikah can take place with any non kitabia(hindu).

To marry this Hindu girl legally you need to Talaq islam and convert as Hindu.
