The complainant has attached various photocopies as annexures to a false 498a case in court in which the police has submitted chargesheet. The court refuses to give me copies of copies til trial begins since these are true copies/originals. I got copies of the other stuff. How do I get these also?

Apply for certified copy. If anything is attached with FIR. you are entitled to receive its copies.

I did apply, and didn't get them saying they will be provided before trial begins. Any chance I can get them sooner (for filing quash, for example).
