Case against university

Answer sheets of few students of my class have been inapropriately marked . After applying for revalution though marks have increased but still many of them have failed .We want to file a case against university & want the answersheets to be checked in court .What should we do for that.

You are advised hereby file a writ petition before your High Court.The court may direct for revaluation of your answer papers at another university with the direction to value the answer sheets and submit report to the court for disposal of the case.
