A lot of facts seems to have been withheld.
Many persons do this business of job interface and none faces such trouble.
You yourself said that you had saving bank account in HDFC and money was flowing in.
You never said whether you were paying service tax or income tax and you never said if you any any database for contact with employers and employees who got benefited by your services.

Depends upon what you had been promising through the website, not on payment of income tax on the income you received as subscriptions.

Quashing is a always very difficult case to succeed in and happens in exceptional cases even though thousands of people approach HC's every day for quashing.
Unless and until the FIR and the related documents are perused thoroughly no lawyer can advise you in favour of or against going for quashing. The jurisdiction exercised by the HC in quashing is very limited. As such, the HC does not even appreciate the evidence in quashing except in exceptional cases.

If the FIR on apparent reading makes no prima facie case or it is a abject abuse of process of law.

There are many cheaters, who only aim at collecting money from Job seekers.
They offer jobs in India, abroad, and needy young job seeker pay them. There ate lots of Complaint.
So in the interest of Society, and Justice, there is nothing wrong, if Police investigate such matter.
You have opportunity to prove your case.
Complainant have to prove that it is not a false allegation. Burden is on him & Police.
Police have to perform their duty.
You need local Sr adv to defend yourself.

Go by the advice of your lawyer for the trial. For quashing talk to a HC lawyer by showing him all the relevant documents.
