well I dont know the meaning of SMALL DAD

if the property was ancestral one and was duly partitioned at particular point of time then you wont be having any right to sue your father and on your said SMALL DAD.

otherwise also its not prudent to move into litigation if the partition and sale has been effected a long time back.

the factual complications may not bring anything to your hands.

better settle the matter at home.

you have no right on your grand father self acquired property . on his death the property would devolve on your grand mother and her children ie your father and his brother and sisters

You have not mentioned in the query, how your grand father acquired that property, when he died, when the property was sold by your father and uncle. This information is very vital to suggest you accurate way as asked by you.
