Drear sir/Madam,
I am in coimbatore,i go for take a passport,but now i have for PCR Case for last 4years still case not closed,but i want passport,how get the passport,please give the solution about my Query...

Dear Querist
no need to worry about it, first quastion is you need a fresh passport?
your passport has been impounded by court?
if you need a fresh passport then no need to worry about pcr case and apply with all real facts before passport authority,
if your passport has been impounded by the court then file an application before court to release the passport along with the SC Judgement (Suresh Nanda vs C.B.I on 24 January, 2008

yes i need fresh passpord,but i ask for some agency's their all say no possible so what will do for this?

You need to get the judgment of the court and only then you can get fresh passport as police shall intimate the pendancy of the case against you while making verification.
