Registration of marriage

(Querist) 16 February 2013 This query is : Resolved
1. First marriage divorced by mutual consent.
2. second marriage done before court decree of divorce, reason: ignorance of law.
3. Now, what happens to the already registered (but proved void) second marriage?
4. Can the same parties register their marriage again, to do the right thing?
5. Is the registration done in ignorance of law, to be totally ignored, since it does not hold water?

I have also the similar opinion with one addition to refer in the subsequent registration about the previous erroneous registration so that the things may stand clarified for ever and none may take its undue benefit to harass you.
