After a long battle of 1 year , we got visitation right of my 2 years old child at my wife's place.In order ,judge mention that 9th,march which is child birth day , we will go & celebrate birth day.
This was first day of visiting.
We went on 9th march at schedule time , but notice the house is fully locked and there is no one, in the house.
We then went to police station made a diary,police came & verify our statement
We send her copy of court order earlier ,by post, she received that.
Now ' my question is Is it contempt of court ?What action should i take ?
Judge order me to meet my son once in a week , 5.30-7.30 P.M.Should i go there again or inform court first

go again at the scheduled time . draw attention of the court to flagrant violation of court orders by your wife . that you were not permitted to meet your son during his birthday too .

The act of your wife is clear contempt of court for which you should move a separate application under Order 21 Rule 32 of CPC (execution) and you should again visit on the scheduled time with prior intimation so that a strong ground may become in your favour.

I went to visitit my son as per court order.
I small quarrel between me and wife stated.
Suddently, she pick my collaer and beta me with
briks.I was injured in my fore head.I went to police station
made GD, police send me hospital and doctor examine me,
Injection and medicine given , CT scan recomended.
Doctor give me medical injury report with GD no.
Now what i will do?Inform court or will go again to meet my son?

draw attention of the court to violent behaviour of your wife . that she has no control over herself and shecan harm the child too . request that child custody be given to you .

Let police investigate the case they have lodged.
Also inform the court as per statement made in FIR.file photo states of medical reports in proof as the original would be needed by the police.
State the court about her insanity that may endanger life of the child too.
Re pray for his custody to you.

Dear Sir, last day opponent files objecttion first , they are saying
that i was hit by wife is false , though we have submitted medical report
and GD copy to court.Opponent is saying , i have hit my self to change the place.
How can i prove that i was hited by wife and injured me during the visitation
of my son
