How to file a consumer comlaint against a person who is engaged in the business of making FOOD & as well as Making of Sweets which is not good for consumtion as well as he is a big name of the city.

Buy a product in sealed cover and take receipt.
Then in presence of witness open it to show that it was not eatable.
File the case and take sample from the shop to send it for test.
Another option is to lodge complaint with the Municipal Authority.

I am in possession of 50 Boxe of bakery biscuits.
30 boxes were been distributed for marriage all the boxes were amelling as the product was been purchased from the top brand of Jammu
I reported to FSSAI inspector for visit as pressure i also on him he is not comming

Now what should I do.

The goods are perishable in nature they might claim genuineness about the product as the passage of time they will definatly going to be waste

Nothing to add more except a suggestion to avail the services of Health Inspector of your area for obtaining the sample of the sweets and food stuff.
