Can Bihar Jamanati give Jamanat in Kanpur UP trial court?
Do this take more time for verification if jamanatis are from different state?
Planning is like this:
1. FDR will be made in kanpur,UP.
2. Id proof like voter ID card will be shown of Bihar.
Then also will court go for verification?
Above how much amount do court go for verification?

If the hesiyat of the jamanti of out State is verfied by local Tehsildar then such Jamanti can be got accepted. FDR of Kanpur can also be accepted.

What is hesiyat?
When he is giving FDR does not mean he has that much hesiyat.

What is hesiyat?
With relation to bail capacity to pay bond amount.
If FD is from KANPUR pledged in favor of court,no problem of other kind of verification would be required.

what is "pledged in favor of court"? I believe FDR will be on jamanti name.

But it is government given Id. Is this must for verification of voter id card, pan card, driving license ?
Suppose bail amount is rs 20,000 - 20,000 then also court will ask for verification.

Verification of Voter ID card is not required and FDR shall be pledged in favour of Court.
