can i defend the case of my elder brother in the Lok adalat at bhopal.A case regarding the credit card deafaulter filed by the HDFC bank against of my elder brother.What can i do,plz give me some valuable suggestions.

if your brother has used credit card he is bound to pay the bills . banks levy interest at 36%pa for credit card dues . better settle with bank . ask for waiver of interest .

in current time my brother is not doing a job & we r not able to pay the bills of credit card..........plz suggest some other remedial options

Payment is the way. Money has been used, it should be paid. If no money is available to pay, let the things go in its own way.

Request for waiver of interest and payment of principal in installment, or if not agreed by the Adalat / other party interest at Base Rate + principal payment in installment may be requested.
