Consequeces of criminal case.

Sir,
Mere filing a criminal case for forgery,cheating and breach of trust for any property involved,does police can arrest the person against the case is filed.or the court order will require to
arrest the person.
Please advice.

The police can arrest the person without warrant of arrest from court in such type of cases.

Depends upon the outcome of investigation by the police. Police can make arrest where necessary without any court order.

On the whole, consequences of a criminal case can never be good.
