Hi,
My native is munnar, i m working in chennai.Past one year my mom is facing problem with our neighbour(women).from the last 4 months her husband scolding my mother as well as my father by badwords. We have filed a complaint agains him in munnar police station.they have asked both parties and decided to change his house(since we are in company quarters).from that time he didnt speak anything.But s not so longer after a week he continues the same, again we went to station they have did the same he accepted to change the house within week and signed in the leeter also.this happend four times but till no action taken care.
We have contrilled my mother to hold till last month, but last week my mother get uncontrolled she scolded against him.He recorded that , my mother dont know how to record the same.
please suggest me how to solve the issue.

change the house . if you can afford it install CCTV cameras around your house . as far as recording of threats are concerned teach your mother how ro do recording in her mobile phone

NNow he is showing the same as proof we dont have any record.But for the 4 complaints he accepted to change the house,now he is geeting these details to avoid house change.
We living there 35 years.. how can we change our house, they have came only last year.
There is no possible to file case in court?

file a civil suit before civil court and get restrain order. if they do the same you can file a contempt of court petition against them.

But s we dont have any record for that, they have recorded when my mother said something.

you are staying in company quarteres . raise the issue with management of your company . mention that you have stayed in said quarters for 35 years with no complaints what soever . it is only now for last one eyar since your nieghbour shifted problems have arised . enclose copy of police complaints lodged with cops .
based on your written representation company will take action .

We did the same , but management is not ready to do anything. What they are saying is that concerned person need to request them to change his house against our complaint they cant do that since in munnar so many political parties there... he is from our opp party... so politically he is moving.
If management needs to change his house means all political member of all union in our ward needs to sign.Still thier party member not ready to sign so they cant do anything.
As i tried all the ways.... going by cops, going by management ppl... going by our local political union.. still issues not yet resolved... even lasst month i went my hometown that time i heard thier words.. i cant sleep two days that much i hurted.
Please suggest where we will get solution for this?
Even i didnt meet any issues in life, this is new for me so better anyone guide me how to proceed.

better record a conversation and file a proper police complaint and if police fail to take any action move to court.

My mother dont know how to record, if anyone is in home that time he is not speaking. He very well understand my mum dont know to reord. last week he pulled words from my mother he recorded the same.
I hope the proof is very important in this case if i going to court without proof means it will be favour for us?Since he have a proof

you have allowed the matter to go worse you will have to pay for it.
Police has no powers to direct change of house to a victim. Particularly when you are staying in company flat. You probably did not meet higher police officers.You have also not reported matter to company as a company employee is obstructing enjoyment of company amenities.

anyway now he has got proof against you and will be interested in taking actions as suggested by me and seek action against you from police and company.
Inability of your mother to create proof is not his liability. He has got all the strength to argue that actually he is victim. He may have abused your family 10 times but you have no recording and your family abused him once and he has proof. He has all the right to use this proof.

Collecting proofs is the responsibility of your side. Use CCTV recording and voice recording to collect proofs.
