1. There is a shop displaying number of liquor advt in Mumbai. 2. Sec.24 of Bombay prohibition act applies. 3. What can be done to cancellation of liquor licence. 4. It is a breach of licence. 5. Any other suggestions welcome

not clear what is your personal legal problem.
Any posters inside the shop premises is not advertisement.

Advocate Shroff, greetings, Sir said advt are outside the liquor shop, and such signs are within the term "advt " as per local Municipal Act, i.e. MMC Act 1988.

No person shall print or publish in any news paper / book / leaflet for display or distribute any advertisement or other matter soliciting the use of or offering any liquor.
apply to state govt for cancellation of his license

In mumbai you can find so many hoardings.

Yes, in Mumbai there are many hoardings advertising liquor and tobacco advertisements, but most of them do carry the statutory warnings too. Thus an exemption can be claimed on that basis.

There are limits set for advt. Under NBC. As observed in apex court " action and not the section may be vulnerable"
