Transfer of name in r name in a co-operative housing society

Sir, My mother owned a flat in her name in a co-operative housing society, she passed away without making any nomination or a will. We are 4 siblings and want the property to be transferred in the name of any one of us. Kindly let us know the proper procedure for the same and reference to any law/act for the same.

All of you except one can relinquish their respective shares by way of deed of gift or deed of release.
On the basis of the same the beneficiary can ask for membership of society solely in her/his name.

I agree that all the legal heirs of your deceased mother except one can jointly relinquish their rights of share and interests in the property and execute a registered Release deed in favor of the one who is left out so that the entire property will come under one person as per the collective desire of the family members(Legal heirs).
