Local ps not replying to commissioner's forward

10 days ago we gave a complaint at Commissioner of Police, Office, Bangalore that our complaint at Whitefield Police Station was not taken. The CP Office forwarded our letter and related documents to Whitefield PS with instructions to submit their reply to the complainant and also CP Office within 7 days. But till yesterday, there was no reply/call from the PS. We have sent an email reminder to CP Office (which generally CP Office attends). What is the next step if the PS does not respond?

Go to concenn police station and find the facts. If no proper reply then go to. CP office if no action approch by court

You can get the information from CP office through RTI.
If police is not registering FIR file in court under section 156(3) CrPC.

Also, the father in law of my daughter is a Central Govt factory employee - the FIL is charged under 354 and we are going ahead with 498a /156(3) through court. Can i write to his office that he has been charged like this. also that he has unaccounted gold in his locker which i am aware. since he has troubled my daughter and his own son because of his second wife, i want to do all this. all such communications should be in my name or false names? and what will be the impact of such letters to his employer?

Yes Sir - though small in proportion - he cannot prove that such savings are his own - (the step mother was running a brothel)

Sirs,
In our complaint, we had mentioned the names of the relatives of in laws who had contributed to the torture, abuses etc. But police have only filed FIR against the in laws (FIL and step MIL). Do we need to write back to (i) Commissioner OR (ii) local PS or (iii) PCR through court mentioning the facts and praying for action against the relatives also?
