Hi Experts ,
I dead require your guidance. I want to marry a girl who unfortunately is my relative.I never knew about Sapinda Relationship .
Please help me out with your expert advice about legality of the marriage which i am gonna do anyhow .
Relationship -

Her Great grand mother {Padnani -> her mother's , father's, mother} was sister of my grand mother (Dadi - My Father's Mother )
In hierarchy - ME -> MY FATHER -> MY FATHER'S MOTHER -> HER SISTER - > HER SON -> HER SON'S DAUGHTER -> HER SONS'S DAUGHTER'S DAUGHTER.
HELP PLZZ............

1. Since she is not from the lineal descendant of the same male stock then you can marry her without any hesitation.

There is no legal problem to perform such marriage as this do not fall within the prohibited relationship.
Don't use word 'unfortunately' rather use it like 'luckily' because after all you have liked a life partner within your relationship.

The relationship what you have mentioned does not falls within the ambit of prohibited relationship or sapinda relationship. Hence you may very well proceed with the proposal you have already made.

Dear experts , thanks a ton. I am relaxed , relieved after knowing that I am not doing anything which I should not do. Though our parents are still not convinced. but I am committed enough to make them understand and to give this beautiful relationship a beautiful end , a happy marriage.. Thanks again and I hope to write here one day that I got married to her and we are living a blissful life :) Anupam
