Dear Sir,
At present arbitration case will be pending on tribunal court for the tender(agreement)clause-25. Opposite party is (government) are recovery of our property,then we have applied for stay in high court.stay order granted in our side.But after 4-5 next date other judges vacate his own order & ask you are decided in same ground & same clause go to tribunal and deciding your case.
You are requested to plz guide me what step will implement.ARE U APPLY FOR REVIEW OR NOT OR ANY .........PETITION.
Please guide me urgently.

Review does not lie in this case.
You can challenge this order in supreme court.
You are silent on what grounds the court vacated it own order and whether it heard both the parties at the time of vacating the order.

All the documents including order copy of vacating own order need to be referred, consult a local lawyer.

The court vacated it own order & coat new citation produced.Also ask your stay order citation is not liable in this writ petition then you go to tribunal & decide our case.
Same judge was also given another judgement against him.
You are requested to please guide for any contempt case or any complaint is applicable or not.Also caveat will applying in this case for supporting our strong position.

There is no use of repeating the query in different ways, when the experts have already mentioned that case papers are required to be seen befor forming their opinion.
You have also not stated, what your own advocate has suggested you and on what ground.
Moreover, you also seem to belong to legal community, as your profile introduces you as "leagal."

Ok Sir,But our side lawyer suggest for review petition will applicable.above mr.ask me no lie for review then..........
Only option for going to Review & Supreme court.
Our side query is only any other option for go to complaint,caveat,2nd apeal or other.
