Grill size of window for mhada flat

I have fixed grill to french window before the society was made,but they are now forcing me to re-size it as per their rule,is their any solution to obtain permission from BMC for the grill that i have fixed

read provisions of agreement signed by you for purchase of flat . it must have mentioned that you have to maintain the external facade of the building .you must have installed hence society is objecting to the same d box type grills which are an eye sore

Yes you have signed the sale agreement then you can not make such changes.

Agreed with the experts, external alterations may attract deviation offence in the eyes of the authority, so better to comply with the society rules in this regard.
