MY GRANDFATHER WAS A PROPREITOR IN A SOLE PROPREITORSHIP. MY FATHER IS AN ATTORNEY HOLDER THERE. SINCE MY GRANDFATHER EXPIRED ON 15/01/2015.MY GRANDFATHER LEFT BEHINED 1 WIFE, 1 SON & 3 DAUGHTERS.WHAT ARE THE LEGAL FORMALITIES DO I ADVICE MY FATHER SO THAT NOW HE CAN BECOME THE PROPREITOR OF THAT SOLE PROPREITORSHIP IN WHICH MY GRANDFATHER WAS SOLE PROPREITOR

your father has 1/5th share in your grand father estate . if your father wants to continue business run by your grand father he would need consent of other legal heirs

All other legal heirs need to surrender / settle the claim with / in favor of your father so that your father may become the absolute owner of the business.

Well explained by experts above. Your father needs a registered release deed from all other legal heirs of your grandfather if he desires to continue as a sole proprietorship in your grandfather's business. This is besides his own share of 1/5th share in the property left behind by your grandfather.
