sc land

Dear sir I m going to buy a house which was sold by a sc as a vacant land in 1979 to some body else then that person again sold the land to Mrs x from whom I going to buy in mother deed it has been mentioned that permission has been given to sell the land by anchal adhikari pholwari Sharif Patna Bihar by an order no 3822 DT 1979 now bank is asking for certify copy where as many people are saying that in Bihar no such permission is needed. Please guide me in this issue

Show the document to a local lawyer for proper opinion and advise. Incomplete information and vague query.

If such permission was given, try to get a certified copy of the order through RTI or otherwise.

Regarding present position of permission letter consult local lawyer.

Sir I have contacted several local lawyer they say it is not necessary in Bihar z a act not applicable in bihar
