Advocate M.Bhadra (Expert) 16 July 2015
Minor is incompetent to enter into any contract as per Indian Contract Act, and so execution of Deed of Conveyance to purchase immovable property by entering into agreement is void.

But minor get inherit a property form the predecessor in interest and gift can be accepted by his/her guardian.

Minor is incompetent to enter into any contract.

Advocate Bhartesh goyal (Expert) 17 July 2015
Any agreement by a minor is void in eye of law.Property can be purchased in name of minor through his natural guardian or next friend but court's permission is essential to sale out the minor's property and in that circumstances minor's guardian will sign the sale deed on behalf of minor.
