It goes step by step one after the other.While going for appeal file Simultaneuosly to get a Stay to Stop further Proceedings in Lower Court's Order.Consult your Local good Advocate.

Sure sir,
Tottally false case on me.
Judgment is reserved on 21 st coming Tuesday if it is negative to me i already take caution steps to get stay and i will appeal in district court and then surley come to Chennai for appeal with your help??

You should be ready with a petition seeking suspension of sentence by the same court which convicts you and then only you should apply for appeal, bail, stay of proceedings before the sessions court.
