I am aware that there are ready reckoner available for buy / sell of property.
Is there any ready reckoner available for renting a property.
Where can I get it ?
I am looking for such reckoner for pune city in Maharashtra.

Thank you for the reply.
I checked the site.
It took me to valuation section
If I am not wrong, valuation is required while buying / selling of property.
I am looking for the area wise standard rental rates.

Area wise standard rental rates where published many years back for fixation of rentable value of property for Property tax.
When there was amendment in Act , I feel after that no one was much bother about it as its utility diminished. And whether it is published by authorities now or not I really don't know .
Near Thesildar office , Zerox shop owner if they have , this is only source.
Else in Appa Balwant chowk there are 3 Law book stores where I go ,1) Jai Hind , and two more they are very close bye
If they have then you are lucky
Near Lal Mahal (Shaniwar wada) there is another heritage site (Nana wada) There Pune Municipal Corporation publication or record room is shifted. Whenever we need some booklet of other dept. we are directed there. You ask them .
Apart from this I don't know any source in Pune
