Sir, What is the procedure to get the case reach the Judge?? With our influence in Court, we are able to make it into the list at least once a week for the last 6 months but it is not reaching the Judge.

In normal procedure a memo is filed with the DR for the listing of the matter. Otherwise, your counsel can directly mention before the Judge for listing the matter.

If you are filing in-person, do visit the court and mention before the Judge requesting him to list the matter.

The high court hears the case serially of those matters which are appearing in daily list.
So you have to wait for your turn.
However if there is utmost urgency in your matter you can mention the case to the Judge so he upgrades your case in his list.
