Bmc stops repairing work

Mr. A is staying at Slum Area at Mumbai.

Mr. A wants to repair his house but BMC is stop his repairing work and directed him do not carryout repair works since they have received online complaint against Mr. A.

Whether BMC can stop repairing work at slum Area.

Convince the BMC, if false complaint, or get approval if for adiitions & alterations reconstruction, if not taken already. However, nere repairs without change of approved plan does not come within the purview of reconstruction or adiitions & alterations.
