Is there any restriction on numbers of fresh L&L executed with the same tenant?

Dear Client,
There is no restriction as such. But every 11 months L&L AGREEMENT MUST BE RENEWED THROUGH FRESH REGISTRATION AS PER THE PRACTICE PREVALENT IN Maharashtra if the rented premises are situated in Maharashtra.

How many fresh L&L do your propose and for what purpose?

If the property and party are remained same, in that case you can renewed after completion of 11 month term. If there are change in party and property you can execute fresh L & L.
